🖥️ Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital in nature. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to download the purchased materials. It is your responsibility to download and save the files.

No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact [your support email] and we will provide assistance.

🔁 Subscriptions or Memberships

If you’ve joined a recurring subscription (for example, a membership or newsletter upgrade), you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support.

When you cancel:

  • You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.

  • Future payments will stop automatically.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months or unused access.

📚 Physical Products (if applicable)

If we add physical items in the future (like printed books or merchandise), a separate return and exchange policy will appear here. For now, all listed products on this site are digital in nature.

If you purchased a Modern Homestead Woman or Lisa Langford product through a third-party retailer (for example, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Etsy, or any other authorized marketplace), please note:

  • All refunds, returns, and replacements for those purchases must be handled directly through the platform where you made your purchase.

  • Each retailer manages its own fulfillment and refund process according to its own policies.

  • Modern Homestead Woman does not process or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party sites and has no ability to alter or override those transactions.
